It relates to an anhydrous composition for caring for keratin materials comprising: a) at least one cosmetic active ingredient sensitive to water and/or oxygen; b) at least one non-ionic surfactant selected from polyglyceryl fatty acid esters with a HLB value not less than 13 at the temperature of 25℃ and ethoxylated/propoxylated fatty alcohols; and c) dipropylene glycol; wherein the composition does not comprise any cationic surfactant. It also relates to a non-therapeutic process for caring for keratin materials, comprising mixing the anhydrous composition and water or a hydrous system to form a microemulsion and applying the microemulsion to the keratin materials.
