The clothing item has an upper opening in an upper portion thereof, and, at least one lower opening, opposite the upper opening, in a lower portion thereof. An intermediate opening is located between the upper opening and the lower opening, and, the intermediate opening is closed in a normal position, and, at least partially opened in a defecating position.
