HERBAL BEVERAGE FROM ANNONA MURICATA EXTRACT, AND METHOD OF PREPARATION THEREOF

Herbal beverage from Annona Muricata extract and a method of preparation thereof is described. The beverage includes a fermented extract of Annona muricata. The beverage further includes a herbal mixture comprising Osbeckia octandra extract and Syzygium cumini extract. A weight ratio (w/w) of the fermented extract of Annona muricata to the herbal mixture is in a range of 30:1 to 60:1. A process for preparation of the beverage is also provided. The beverage of the present disclosure finds application in treatment of metabolic disorders such as diabetes, and cancer.
