The disclosure relates, in some aspects, to compositions comprising oligonucleotide agents capable of inhibiting suppression of an immune response by reducing expression of one or more genes involved with an immune suppression mechanism in natural killer (NK) cells, and methods of using the same. In some embodiments, compositions and methods described by the disclosure are useful as immunogenic modulators for treating cancer.
