A dielectric cover structure (4) covers said antenna structure (9). At least one dielectric arrangement (5) extends in a main dielectric plane (P2) parallel with the antenna plane (P1), is at least partially superimposed with the antenna structure (9), and aligned with at least one antenna element (3) of the antenna structure (9). The dielectric arrangement (5) comprises at least one first dielectric section (6a) having a first dielectric constant and at least one second dielectric section (6b) having a second dielectric constant. The dielectric cover structure (4) and the dielectric arrangement (5) together allow propagation of electromagnetic radiation in the first direction (D1).
