The dispenser comprises: a) a control board (10), b) an electrode (11 ) and a conductive ring (12) positioned at said cavity of said nozzle (20) to form an active sanitisation chamber at least in said cavity, said conductive ring (12) being electrically connected to ground, c) an electronic circuit (13) for generating high negative voltage between the electrode (11 ) and the conductive ring (12), said control board (10) being connected to said electrode (11) by said electronic circuit (13).
