    摘要: Disclosed is an endoluminal surgery system, comprising an operating device (1), a connecting rod (2) and a handle (3), wherein the operating device (1) comprises an operating instrument (11) and a connecting part (12). During surgery, the operating device (1) is placed into a lumen (D) through an incision (B), a tip of the connecting rod (2) then enters the lumen (D) along a puncture point and is fixedly connected to the connecting part (12) of the operating device (1), the other end of the connecting rod (2) is fixedly connected, in vitro, to the handle (3), and the operating instrument (11) is then controlled and adjusted in vitro by the handle (3) to achieve a corresponding surgical operation. The endoluminal surgery system can reduce damage to a patient's body and can also more conveniently carry out, in vitro, a surgical operation, improving the success rate of surgery.

    摘要: Known surgical systems comprise a surgical instrument, and an actuating device for actuating the surgical instrument. The actuating device has a connector in which a hollow channel extends along a longitudinal axis between a distal end and a proximal end, wherein the distal end is provided with a first coupling means configured to be coupled to a first mating coupling means on the surgical instrument. The hollow channel of the connector axially movably receives a wire with a distal wire end and a proximal wire end, said distal wire end being provided with a second coupling means configured to be connected to a second mating coupling means on the surgical instrument, wherein said first coupling means being configured to be connectable to said first mating coupling means by rotation of said connector about its longitudinal axis in a first rotational direction. In order to specify an easy-to-use surgical system that further minimizes patient injury, thereby reducing the need for any surgical follow-up, it is suggested that said second coupling means is configured to be connectable to said second mating coupling means by rotation of said wire about said wire longitudinal axis in a second rotational direction opposite to said first rotational direction and in that the actuating device comprises a locking means which is movable between an open position and a closed position, the open position permitting relative rotatability of wire and connector in the first rotational direction and the second rotational direction and relative displaceability in the axial direction, and when said first coupling means is connected to said first mating coupling means and said second coupling means is connected to said second mating coupling means, the closed position preventing relative rotatability of wire and connector.
