The present application provides a manufacturing method for a display substrate, a display substrate, and a display device. The uniformity of film thicknesses of light-emitting functional layers in sub-pixel regions of different colors can be achieved, the effective aperture ratio of the sub-pixel regions of different colors can be ensured, and the service life of the device can be prolonged. The manufacturing method comprises: providing a base substrate, the base substrate comprising a plurality of sub-pixel regions of different colors; printing a solution of a light-emitting functional layer in each sub-pixel region, wherein the volumes of the solution in the sub-pixel regions of different colors are positively correlated with the saturated vapor pressure of the solution; and performing vacuum drying on the solution to form light-emitting functional layers having uniform film thicknesses.

Therefore, the array substrate can reduce or even eliminate the graininess of a display picture, and make the lines of the display picture more continuous and natural.
