The present application provides a positive electrode sheet for a secondary battery. The positive electrode sheet comprises a positive electrode current collector and a positive electrode active material layer located on the surface of the positive electrode current collector; the positive electrode active material layer comprises positive electrode active materials, the positive electrode active materials comprise a first lithium nickel transition metal oxide and a second lithium nickel transition metal oxide, the first lithium nickel transition metal oxide comprises a first substrate and a first coating layer located on the surface of the first substrate, the first substrate is secondary particles, and the second lithium nickel transition metal oxide is particles having monocrystalline or monocrystalline-like morphology. In the positive electrode sheet provided by the present application, by adjusting and controlling the particle size distribution of the positive electrode active materials after mixing and an OI value of the electrode sheet, the compressive strength of positive electrode active material particles in the positive electrode sheet is increased, and the problem of particle cracking of the positive electrode active material particles is effectively restrained.

摘要: This application provides a carbon-coated lithium iron phosphate positive active material. The carbon-coated lithium iron phosphate positive active material according to this application is obtained by adjusting a relative percentage of a specific surface area of carbon structures of each different micromorphology in a superficial layer of a carbon-coated lithium iron phosphate material. The carbon-coated lithium iron phosphate positive active material according to this application possesses a carbon coating factor η. When η satisfies 0.81 ≤ η ≤ 0.95, the lithium iron phosphate positive active material contains a high-quality carbon coating, thereby helping to exert the capacity of the lithium iron phosphate positive active material, and improving dehydration efficiency of an electrode plate significantly. A lithium-ion battery prepared from such a material is excellent in energy density, cycle performance, and processability concurrently.

摘要: The present invention provides a preparation method of a modified positive electrode active material preparation method, which comprising steps of: dispersing a positive electrode active material matrix into an alcohol solvent to form a positive electrode active material matrix suspension; dissolving an alcohol-soluble aluminum salt in an alcohol solvent to form an alcohol-soluble aluminum salt solution; dissolving an alcohol-soluble phosphorous compound in an alcohol solvent to form an alcohol-soluble phosphorous compound solution; mixing the alcohol-soluble aluminum salt solution and the alcohol-soluble phosphorous compound solution and heating to react, obtaining a liquid-phase coating solution which contains aluminum phosphate after the reaction is finished; mixing and stirring the positive electrode active material matrix suspension and the liquid-phase coating solution which contains aluminum phosphate, extraction filtrating and obtaining a filter cake after the stirring is finished, then drying and baking the filter cake, finally obtaining a modified positive electrode active material.

摘要: The present application provides a modified positive electrode material and a preparation method thereof, as well as a positive electrode plate, a secondary battery, a battery module, a battery pack and an electrical apparatus. The modified positive electrode material includes an inner core and a cladding layer, the inner core is a positive electrode material, the cladding layer includes a polymer electrolyte body and a ferroelectric ceramic material dispersed in the polymer electrolyte body. The polymer electrolyte body forms a film-like cladding layer on the outer layer of the positive electrode material particles, which reduces the side reaction between the surface layer of the positive electrode material and the electrolyte solution, and improves storage performance; secondly, the flexible cladding layer formed by the polymer electrolyte body can inhibit the shrinkage and expansion of the positive electrode material during charging and discharging to a certain extent, thereby reducing cracking/chalking of the positive electrode material; also, the composite cladding layer has high ionic conductivity, which provides more channels for ion transport and improves the rate performance of the synthesized positive electrode material. Therefore, the above-mentioned modified positive electrode material has better structural stability, as well as improved rate performance, material storage and cycling performance.
