摘要： A toothbrush, particularly in the form of a manual toothbrush has a rectangular bristle array (1) and, in the form of an electrically-driven toothbrush, has a round bristle array (1), formed from individual bristle bundles (2), arranged adjacent to each other on a brush head and standing erect approximately at right angles thereto. At least individual bristle bundles (4) are at least partly inclined or roofed with respect to a plane approximately parallel to the brush head (2) at the applied end thereof facing away from the brush head (2), such that bristles in said bristle bundle (4) stand to differing heights whereby the terminal surfaces arranged at the applied end of said bristle bundle (4) are embodied as inclined surfaces (5) or as partly inclined surfaces. The above bristle bundles (4) are arranged in a line adjacent to each other along imaginary straight or curved connecting lines or, for round brushes, along segmental or circular connection lines. At least individual, in particular large groups or even all bristle bundles (4) in said bristle array (1) are arranged with the inclined surfaces (5) thereof rotated to varying degrees relative to each other and to the connecting line, such that a number of differently-oriented inclined surfaces are available for cleaning the teeth such that a particular inclined surface is in a favorable orientation to engage in a tooth cavity and thoroughly clean the same.

摘要： The invention relates to a teeth-cleaning device (1) with a handle (2) which on one end, preferably on two opposite ends, has an interdental treatment element, for example in the form of a fine brush (3) or hard brush (4) and possibly even in the shape of a tooth pick. Said treatment element is positioned perpendicular to, and projects from, the longitudinal axis of the handle (2), and is removably and replaceably attached by means of a locking element (5) which can be detachably fixed in a locking position. To this end, the treatment element or a holding device forming part thereof, such as a retaining wire (4a), is inserted in the operating position into a hole (6) extending perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the handle (2). When the locking element (5) clears this hole (6), the treatment element can be removed and a different one inserted. In the locking position, in contrast, the locking element (5) covers the hole (6) and thus prevents the removal of the treatment element inserted into said hole.

摘要： The invention relates to a bristle area (5) for brushes, comprising a support plate (1), holes (2) made in said plate and plastic bristles (4) guided through said holes. The invention is produced by providing protuberances (9) with undercuts(10) or tapers or the like on the top side (8) of the support plate (1) facing away from the free working end of the bristles. The bristles (4) are introduced into the holes (2) and protrude above the undercuts (10). The bristles (4) are heated in the area of the undercuts (10) in such a way as to obtain a melt or plastic mass made of the same plastic as the bristles (4) that entirely or partially fills the undercuts. When hardened, said plastic mass forms a positive fit between the bristles (4) or bundles of bristles (3) and the undercuts (10), thus forming the support plate (1). The undercuts (10) can be pre-formed or formed simultaneously with the melting of the ends of the plastic bristles (4) that are to be melted (7).
