摘要: A noodle gelating device capable of completing a noodle line steaming step in short time while suppressing a running cost and a device cost, wherein a plurality of baskets (32) are holdingly suspended at both end parts thereof through the hangers (38) connected to the rollers of a chain conveyor (30) positioned at specified intervals, the outward route of the chain conveyor is disposed in a steam chamber (26) allowing steam to be fed thereto from the indoor lower side of the chamber, and each basket storing the noodle line near the inlet side (26a) of the steam chamber is passed through the inside of the steam chamber, the basket is formed in a box body having a number of through-holes allowing the noodle line for each meal to be stored in a plurality of storage chambers, a hanger support rail is disposed in the steam chamber at a position ranging from an inlet side to an outlet side, and the basket moved into the steam chamber is pushed by a next fed basket to move to an outlet side (26b) in the state that the hanger at both end parts thereof is supported by the hanger support rail from the underside and the outward route chain connected to the hanger is loosened.
