Both first uplink transmission data and second uplink transmission data are carried onto the third PUCCH, so that the first uplink transmission data and the second uplink transmission data are subjected to multiplex transmission, thereby improving the reliability of data transmission, reducing time delay, and avoiding unnecessary retransmission.
