摘要: A device for objectively judging which disease and to what degree a subject suffers and displaying it, based on a hemoglobin amount variation signal measured by an organism light measuring device. A disease judgment device comprises a feature extracting section (15) for extracting a feature of a hemoglobin waveform, a feature analyzing section (16), and a storage section (12) for storing features of every disease in a database. The feature extracting section (15) extracts a plurality of kinds of feature amounts from the hemoglobin signal of the subject measured by the organism light measuring device. The feature analyzing section (16) determines with a multivariate analysis the similarities among the extracted feature amounts and the respective feature amounts of the diseases stored in the storage section (12). The result is displayed on the display section (14) with a bar graph representing the scores of the similarities with groups of diseases.

摘要: There is provided a system for supporting the assessment as to which disease group the subject to be examined falls in or what position in the whole disease group the subject is in. This support system comprises the data storage part which stores feature values of optical bio-measurement data of many subjects including patients in multiple disease groups, the analysis part which extracts plural kinds of feature values from the optical bio-measurement data and the display part which displays the results of analysis in the analysis part associated with the dictionary data, wherein the display part produces a scatter diagram on which features values of the dictionary data are plotted, with one of the two feature values being plotted along the axis of abscissa and the other along the axis of ordinate, and displays the positions of the subject to be assessed on the scatter diagram superimposed on the scatter diagram. With this scatter diagram, the relationship between the features of the subject and the feature of the disease group can be known in one glance.

摘要: A method and an apparatus for incubating animal cells in an incubation tank of a mechanical stirring system, wherein a culture solution is stirred while restricting the disturbance of the liquid level and formation of vortex, and an oxygen-containing gas is continuously ejected from a blow nozzle towards the liquid level to form recesses having an inversed conical shape on the liquid level. Accoding to the present invention, the gas-liquid interface area can be increased by the recesses described above and the ejected gas is forced to form the flow from the bottoms of the recesses to the liquid level along the inner liquid surface of the recesses having an inversed conical shape, thereby improving the renewal ratio of the gas-liquid interface. Accordingly, migration of the gas materials can be promoted between the gaseous phase at the upper part of the incubation tank and the liquid phase of the culture solution while preventing bubbling of the culture solution.
