摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing a security feature (3) on a flat substrate (1), e.g. on paper or cardboard, particles (7) forming a cryptographic random pattern (4) being applied, preferably strewn, onto the substrate (1). The method according to the invention is characterized in that flexible wire or fiber fragments (7), espeically thin copper wire fragments (7), are applied to the substrate (1) in a feature section (8) that corresponds to the security feature (3). The security feature (3) can be provided with a protective layer (13), e.g. a laminate. The security feature (3) produced according to the invention can be captured in a simple and error-free manner and cryptographically evaluated. It cannot be counterfeited by known typographical methods or only at uneconomic expenses.
