    摘要： An apparatus is described for needling a nonwoven web by way of at least one needle bar. The needle bar which has a needle board on its underside having a multiplicity of needles is held by a bar carrier which is driven into an oscillating movement in an up and down motion by means of a vertical drive and an oscillating movement in a to and fro motion by means of a horizontal drive. As vertical drive, at least two driven eccentric shafts and a plurality of connecting rods which are assigned to the eccentric shafts and are coupled to the bar carrier by way of their free ends are provided. The horizontal drive has at least one horizontal strut which is connected to the bar carrier by way of one end and, by way of an opposite end, is coupled to a gear mechanism kinematics system which has an eccentric drive. In order to obtain as simple and compact a construction of the horizontal drive as possible, the gear mechanism kinematics system according to the invention is formed by a swinging arm which is held by way of one end on a machine frame by a frame rotary joint, has a double rotary joint at the opposite end and is coupled to the horizontal strut and the eccentric drive at the double rotary joint.

    摘要： The invention relates to a device for needling a fibrous web, comprising at least one needle bar. On the underside of the needle bar, the needle bar carries a needle board having a plurality of needles, wherein the needle bar is guided by means of a movably retained bar carrier. The bar carrier is driven in an oscillating manner with superimposed horizontal and vertical motion by means of a crank drive. For this purpose, a phase-adjusting device is provided, by which the phase position of at least one crankshaft of the crank drive can be adjusted. The motion of the bar carrier is guided by a guiding device. In order to be able to absorb in particular the dynamic inertial forces in the horizontal direction on the needle bar at large phase angles and to guarantee the mobility of the needle bar, the guiding device is formed according to the invention by one or more guiding rods, which are connected to the bar carrier by means of a swivel joint, wherein the driven needle bar can be guided by the one or more guide rods at the phase angle set by the phase-adjusting device in the angle range of 0 to 30°.

    摘要： The invention relates to a device for needling a fiber web, having at least one needle bar. On the underside, the needle bar comprises a needle plate having a plurality of needles, said needle bar being held by a bar support guided by means of a vertical drive to an oscillating motion in an up-and-down motion, and guided by means of a horizontal drive to an oscillating motion in a back-and-forth motion. The horizontal drive comprises at least one horizontal rod connected at one end to the bar support, and at an opposite end to a drive kinematic having an eccentric drive. In order to achieve as flexible an adjustment as possible, with simple construction of the horizontal drive, the invention proposes that the drive kinematics and the eccentric drive be disposed on a drive support that can be displaced to adjust a horizontal stroke and that is mounted on a machine frame.
