摘要： The invention relates to a sample holder (1) for a microscope comprising a transparent outer reservoir (2) and a transparent inner tube (3), which is arranged in the outer reservoir (2) to be rotatable. The invention further relates to a method for observing a specimen (23), comprising placing a specimen (23) in an inner tube (3), placing the inner tube (3) in an outer reservoir (2), dispersing an immersion fluid (20), which has a refraction index corresponding to the refraction index of the inner tube (3), between the inner tube (3) and the outer reservoir (2), locating the outer reservoir (2) in the light path of a microscope, and rotating the inner tube (3) to observe the specimen (23) at any desired perspective. Additionally, the invention relates to a microscope stage adaptor and to the use of a sample holder (1) for obtaining images.
