    摘要: Systems and methods for a self-organizing OFDMA system for broadband communication are provided. In certain embodiments a communication node for a self organizing network comprises a communication interface configured to transmit data to and receive data from a plurality of nodes; and a processing unit configured to execute computer readable instructions. Further, computer readable instructions direct the processing unit to identify a sub-region within a cell, wherein the communication node is located in the sub-region; and transmit at least one data frame, wherein the data from the communication node is transmitted at a particular time and frequency as defined within the at least one data frame, where the time and frequency are associated with the sub-region.

In at least one embodiment, a system comprises a plurality of networks configured to enable communication transmissions from the mobile communication system to an end node, wherein at least two networks of the plurality of networks transports information through different protocol stacks that implement different protocol suites and a dialog service interface switch coupled to the plurality of networks. The system also comprises an application interface coupled to the dialog service interface switch, wherein the dialog service interface switch comprises a network selector that determines a network of the plurality of networks through which the mobile communication system will communicate and switches between different networks of the plurality of networks, wherein the application interface provides data to at least one application, executing in the application layer, in the same format for each network of the plurality of networks.

    摘要: A system and method are provided for calculating Mach number and true airspeed without reference to data from a pitot static sensor. The true airspeed and Mach number are calculated using the altitude information from GPS, IRS, Radio Altimeter and other onboard sensors other than the air data computer (ADC). The computed true airspeed or Mach number could be used to confirm the ADC information, or in lieu of the ADC information when the ADC information is unreliable or unavailable.
