    摘要： Embodiments of the present invention provide a traffic offload method, a traffic offload function entity, and a traffic offload system. The method includes: receiving, by a first traffic offload function entity, user information of a user equipment sent by a core network device or a second traffic offload function entity, where when the user information is sent by the second traffic offload function entity, the first traffic offload function entity is a traffic offload function entity after a handover and the second traffic offload function entity is a traffic offload function entity before the handover; obtaining, a traffic offload policy and matching the traffic offload policy with the user information; and offloading traffic corresponding to the user equipment according to the user information that successfully matches the traffic offload policy. The traffic offload function entity may obtain the user information and may perform traffic offload according to the user information.

    摘要： A method for implementing handover control includes: receiving a first handover message, in which the first handover message carries an identity (ID) of a target cell that a terminal prepares to be handed over to, and the target cell is a closed subscriber group (CSG) cell; acquiring information about an access mode and/or CSG ID of the target cell stored by a target base station or a target base station gateway; and performing access control on the terminal according to the access mode and/or CSG ID of the target cell. When the terminal performs cell handover, a mobility management entity (MME) performs the access control on the terminal, so that the terminal can be handed over to the target cell as effectively as possible that the terminal has the right to access, charging loss of an operator can be avoided as far as possible, and the terminal can initiate a second service in the target cell after being handed over to the target cell.

    摘要： A method and an apparatus for selecting a network by user equipment (UE) are provided. The method includes the following steps. A connection is established between a UE and a network. The UE receives network selection information from the network-side entity, and selects a network according to the network selection information and network selection information stored in the UE. Optionally, the UE receives network selection information and an indication for selecting a network compulsively from the network-side entity, and selects a network indicated by the indication for selecting a network compulsively to access according to the network selection information. The network selection information is information of the whole or partial networks available for the UE in the current position. A user apparatus and a network selection function apparatus are also provided. By application of the network selecting method of the present invention, the network is capable of controlling the scope of the access network selected by the UE.
