摘要: A mooring line tension monitoring system includes: a winch drum (3), around which a mooring line (11) is wound; and a band brake (4) including a brake drum (41) that rotates together with the winch drum (3). The mooring line tension monitoring system further includes: a winding layer number detector that detects the number of winding layers of the mooring line (11) on the winch drum (3); a load cell (5) that is incorporated in the band brake (4) and that measures band tension; and control circuitry that calculates tension applied to the mooring line (11) based on the number of winding layers of the mooring line (11) detected by the winding layer number detector and the band tension measured by the load cell (5).

摘要: A mooring system moors a floating structure to a mooring facility, one of the floating structure and the mooring facility being a first object, the other being a second object. The mooring system includes: a mooring rope; a winch that is located at the second object and winds and unwinds the mooring rope; a locking tool that is located at the second object and locks a tip portion of the mooring rope such that the tip portion of the mooring rope is engageable with and disengageable from the locking tool; at least one unmanned machine including a holding tool that holds the mooring rope; and a control device configured to control the unmanned machine such that the unmanned machine moves from the second object to a mooring bit located at the first object while holding the mooring rope, and hangs an intermediate portion of the mooring rope to the mooring bit, the intermediate portion being a portion between the tip portion of the mooring rope and a base portion of the mooring rope which is unwound from the winch.

摘要: A mooring line tension control system (1) includes: a drum (3) around which a mooring line is wound; and control circuitry (7) that controls a motor (22), a band brake (4), and a clutch (24). The motor (22) rotates the drum (3). A load cell (40) that measures band tension is incorporated in the band brake (4). In a ship mooring state, the control circuitry (7) calculates tension of the mooring line based on the band tension measured by the load cell (40), and in a case where the calculated tension of the mooring line is greater than a setting value, the control circuitry (7) switches the band brake 4 to a released state to unwind the mooring line from the drum (3), and thereafter switches the clutch (24) to an engaged state and drives the motor (22) to wind the mooring line around the drum (3).

摘要: A ship maneuvering system includes: a front-rear propulsor that outputs thrust toward both sides in a front-rear direction of a hull; a lateral propulsor that outputs thrust toward both sides in a lateral direction of the hull; at least one mooring structure located close to a stern of the hull and at least one mooring structure located close to a bow of the hull, each of the mooring structures being configured to wind and unwind a mooring rope; and ship maneuvering circuitry configured to control operations of the front-rear propulsor, the lateral propulsor, and the mooring structures. When making the hull reach a quay, with the mooring ropes locked to mooring posts located at the quay, the ship maneuvering circuitry makes the mooring structures wind the mooring ropes, and at the same time, makes at least one of the front-rear propulsor and the lateral propulsor output the thrust by which tension of each mooring rope is reduced.
