摘要: The present invention provides an apparatus for making up a roll map for supervising a secondary battery manufacturing process. The apparatus comprises: an inspection and/or measurement device provided for at least one of the respective sub-processes of the secondary battery manufacturing process, being configured to inspect and/or measure an electrode subject to one of the respective sub-processes and acquire inspected and/or measured data specific to the respective sub-process; a data recording unit configured to collect process data including the inspected and/or measured data specific to the respective sub-process and to acquire corresponding coordinate value(s) of the position of the inspection and/or measurement on the electrode; and a roll map make-up unit configured to, based on the collected process data, make up a roll map including a visual imitation of the electrode subject to the respective sub-process, reflecting at least part of the process data acquired in the respective sub-process and the corresponding coordinate value(s) of the position of the inspection and/or measurement.

摘要: A system for tracking a position of an electrode, which includes a notching controller configured to store pitch information representing a width of a unit electrode subjected to notching and to acquire electrode coordinate information of the electrode in a roll-to-roll state during a notching process and a cell identification (ID) of the unit electrode; a calculator configured to calculate coordinates of the cell ID from the pitch information and the cell ID acquired by the notching controller, wherein the coordinates of the cell ID represent a position of the unit electrode during the notching process; a roll map generator configured to generate a roll map based on the electrode coordinate information transmitted from the notching controller, wherein the roll map includes coordinates of the roll map based on a dimension in a length direction of the electrode to determine a change in an electrode length during an electrode manufacturing process prior to the notching process; and a mapping part configured to compare the coordinates of the roll map with the coordinates of the cell ID to derive an electrode position of the electrode during the electrode manufacturing process from which the unit electrode originates.

摘要: An apparatus for generating a roll map of a merge-wound electrode according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a position measurement device configured to acquire, when an electrode moves in a roll-to-roll state between an unwinder and a rewinder, coordinate value data for a longitudinal position of the electrode according to an amount of rotation of the rewinder, an input device configured to input, when two or more old electrodes that are each marked with a plurality of reference points at certain intervals are connected to be merged and wound into one new electrode, an input signal indicating a start of merge-winding or an end of merge-winding, a seam detector configured to detect a seam, which is an old electrode connection portion of the new electrode that is merge-wound, and acquire electrode coordinate values of the seam in conjunction with the position measurement device, a reference point detector configured to detect reference points of the merge-wound new electrode and acquire electrode coordinate values of the reference points in conjunction with the position measurement device, and a roll map generator configured to generate a roll map for simulating the new electrode moving in a roll-to-roll state based on the input signal of the input device and display longitudinal coordinate values of the electrode, the electrode coordinate values of the seam, and the electrode coordinate values of the reference points on the roll map in conjunction with the position measurement device, the seam detector, and the reference point detector.

摘要: A roll map of an electrode coating process according to the present technology includes: a roll map bar that is displayed on a screen in synchronization with movement of an electrode, which is coated with electrode slurry while moving between an unwinder and a rewinder, in a roll-to-roll state and is displayed in the form of a bar by simulating the electrode in the roll-to-roll state; and a representation part configured to visually show at least one of quality-related and defect-related data measured in the electrode coating process at a certain location on the roll map bar corresponding to a location in the electrode at which the data is measured. The present technology also relates to a roll map generation method and system for generating a roll map of an electrode coating process.
