摘要: The invention relates to a method for removing impurities, particularly dust and/or very small portions of fibers contained in a sliver during the opening of fibers from the sliver in an opening device (2) of an open-end spinning machine, in which the sliver is fed by a feeding device to toothed surface (23) of an opening roller (22), by which the individual fibers of the sliver in an opening zone (26) are pulled out from the grip by the feeding device and are guided in the opening device along a primary removal zone (3) for removing small and very small impurities and then are guided along a secondary removal zone (5) for removing the remaining impurities, characterized in that in the primary removal zone (3) the fibers are acted upon by the vacuum from a central channel (6) only behind the opening zone (26), whereupon in the secondary impurities removal zone (5) the fibers are acted upon by the centrifugal force and by the vacuum from the central channel (6).
The invention also relates to a device for performing this method in a spinning unit of an open-end spinning machine.-

摘要: The invention relates to a spinning unit of a rotor spinning machine comprising an opening roller (20) arranged in a cavity (21) of an opening device (2), whereby between the surface of the circumference of the opening roller (20) and the circumferential wall (23) of the cavity (21) of the opening device (2), a transport channel (22) of opened fibers is formed, into which in the direction (X) of the rotation of the opening roller (20) opens a fiber sliver inlet opening (230), a cleaning opening (231), which is followed by a channel (24) for removing trash from the transport channel (22), and a fiber outlet opening (232) which is followed by a fiber outlet channel (25) to a chamber (3) of a spinning rotor. The circumferential wall (23) of the cavity of the opening device (2) completely surrounds the cavity (21) of the opening device (2), whereby only in the area of the cleaning opening (231) and/or of the outlet opening (232) it is formed by a front wall (60,70) of a body (6, 7) which is removably and tightly inserted into a gap (26, 27) in the circumferential wall (23), wherein the front wall (60, 70) of the body (6, 7) at its front and rear ends (600, 601, 700, 701) is connected to the adjacent fixed parts (233, 234, 235, 236) of the circumferential wall (23) of the opening device (2).
