摘要： A composite magnetic sheet having excellent electromagnetic wave absorption characteristics is manufactured simply by rolling a pulverized mixture of powder comprising flat particles of a soft magnetic material and an organic binder by two opposed rolls. A plurality of such composite magnetic sheets having roughened lamination surfaces are stacked and the sheets are rolled to attain a desired thickness. By rolling two composite magnetic sheets with a mesh metal layer sandwiched therebetween, a mechanically strong, electromagnetic interference-restraining sheet is easily obtained. In order to reduce the reflection and permeation of electromagnetic waves on and through the composite magnetic sheet, the upper and lower surfaces thereof are subjected to an embossing process.
