摘要： This application describes a spinal surgical retractor. The retractor assembly includes a retractor body, first and second arms, and first and second anchor blades. The first and second anchor blades capture a portion of bone anchors to anchor the retractor to the anatomy. The first and second anchor blades are removably attached to the left and right arms, respectively. The housing is able to rotate controlled by a splay unit. The blade portion has a distal end and a proximal end. The distal end includes an integral pivot arm such that the distal end is divided into a static arm and a pivot arm. The distal end of the static arm includes a static foot extending therefrom and the distal end of the pivot arm includes a pivot foot extending therefrom to receive a neck of the bone anchor.
