A manual actuation device (16) comprises a control lever (17) and a transmission kinematic mechanism (25) to cause the closing element (8) to move from the closed position to the open position, in consequence of translation of the control lever (17) from a first to a second operating position. The control lever (17) is pivoted with respect to one of the side walls (4) and movable between a rest position and a work position around its own fulcrum axis which coincides with a geometric axis X-X of the lifting pins (12).
