摘要： A process is disclosed for transcribing ribonucleic acids of a sample by treating the ribonucleic acid-containing sample with a DNA-decomposing enzyme in the presence of MN2+ ions, then by transcribing the ribonucleic acids into deoxyribonucleic acids. Also disclosed are appropriate reagents for carrying out this process.
