摘要:
The invention relates to a method for rendering lignocelluloses hydrophobic and a wooden material made from lignocelluloses. The lignocelluloses are treated with a paraffin-based agent for rendering material hydrophobic and, optionally after a drying process, compressed to give the wooden material. Of significance is that the hydrophobic agent is at partly made from Fischer-Tropsch paraffin.
摘要:
The invention relates to a wood composition containing olefin and raw wood materials, the use of said olefins for rendering raw wood materials water repellent, and a method for producing wood materials therefrom. The raw wood materials contain or are made of lignocellulose and are provided in the form of fibers, strands, or chips.
摘要:
The invention relates to hydrophobized lignocellulose, and to materials produced from lignocellulose, such as wood fibers, wood chips, and stands, each comprising aliphatic hydrocarbons having 20 and more carbon atoms and aliphatic polycyclic esters as water-proofing agents, and a method using such water-proofing agents.
摘要:
Wax dispersion comprises water (less than 70-30 wt.%) as a continuous phase; at least one emulsifier (greater than 0.5-10 wt.%); and waxes (greater than 20-80 wt.%) as dispersion phase, where greater than 85 wt.% of waxes are long chained hydrocarbons with an average of more than 20 carbon atoms, the waxes have a solidification point of greater than 40-150[deg]C and as solid particles, the dispersed wax have a particle diameter of 10-500 nm. An independent claim is included for a procedure for hydrophobizing of material produced using fibers, chips or strands consisting of lignocellulose and/or cellulose with a wax dispersion, comprising providing the wax dispersion, contacting the fiber strands or chips with the wax dispersion for the application of the wax on the fiber, chip or strands; and pressing to form the material containing the fiber strands and chips, or optionally other components.

The invention relates to the use of wax dispersions containing oily waxes as hydrophobizing agent in the production of timber products. In particular, the invention relates to the production of hydrophobized timber products using wax dispersions of paraffinic soft waxes as are either produced directly in the process of mineral oil refining, or are formed in the course of degreasing waxes, and to the timber products thus produced.
