摘要： Disclosed is a bioremediation method for accelerated biological decomposition of petroleum hydrocarbons in sea ice-covered polar regions as well as bacteria and enzyme mixtures as agents for carrying out said method. Suitable bacterial strains and enzymes obtained therefrom can be produced by concentrating and isolating bacteria in a laboratory in real ice conditions at -3°C and with oil contamination. Eleven preferred bacterial strains have been filed with the German Collection of Microorganisms and Cell Cultures Ltd. (DSMZ).
