摘要:
A valve is provided for controlling a flow of a fluid between a first environment and a second environment. The valve includes a frame adapted to fit within a perimeter of an aperture in a divider separating the first environment from the second environment. The valve additionally includes a first gate movable within the frame to control a flow of the fluid through the aperture between the first environment and the second environment. The first gate includes a substantially aerodynamically clean surface substantially free from protrusions disrupting the flow of the fluid over the first gate surface. Additionally, the first gate includes a trailing edge having a baffle adapted to cover an aft edge of the frame when the first gate is positioned to have a small opening angle. The baffle includes a plurality of 3-D notches in a front side of the baffle. The valve further includes a second gate movable within the frame to control a flow of the fluid through the aperture between the first environment and the second environment. The second gate also includes a substantially aerodynamically clean surface substantially free from protrusions disrupting the flow of the fluid over the second gate surface. Additionally, the second gate includes a trailing edge comprising a plurality of 3-D notches in a front side of the trailing edge.

The invention relates to a valve (10) for controlling the internal pressure p in a cabin of an aircraft, comprising a first flap (11) and a second flap (12), wherein the flaps (11, 12) control a pressure-changing fluid flow (L) between the surroundings and the cabin through an opening (15) of a limiting element (14) of the cabin. In order to increase the inflow volume of the fluid, according to the invention at least one of the flaps (11, 12) is adjustable in the inflow position in respect of the opening (15) in the direction of the surroundings, such that the flow surface of the flap (11, 12) is increased for the air flow (L). Furthermore according to the invention at least one of the flaps (11, 12) has a closure device (21) which reduces an outflow of the fluid that had previously flowed in during an inflow process. According to the invention, a closure device (21) is furthermore arranged, wherein said closure device closes a region between the first flap (11) and the second flap (12) in the inflow position of the flaps (11, 12).

The invention relates to a valve (10) for controlling the internal pressure in a cabin of an aircraft, comprising a first flap (12) and a second flap (14), which are supported in a frame (16), wherein the flaps (12, 14) control a fluid flow (L) between the environment and the cabin through an opening (20) of the valve (10), which fluid flow changes the pressure. The first flap (12) is supported at a distance from a front edge of the frame (16) and the second flap (14) is supported on a rear edge of the frame (16). Furthermore, a closing device (26) is provided, which closes an outflow opening (56) in an inflow position of the flaps (12, 14), which outflow opening is bounded by the flaps (12, 14). The closing device (26) is pivotably supported on one of the flaps (12, 14), and a locking device (34) is associated with the closing device (26). The closing device (26) interacts with the locking device (34) in such a way that the closing device (26) closes the outflow opening (56) in the event of a pivoting motion of the flaps (12, 14).

The invention relates to a differential valve, specially a cabin air discharge valve in the cabin pressure regulation system of an aircraft, particularly an airplane. The differential valve has a smaller first step (20) and a larger second step (30) in addition to a drive gear mechanism (40). The first valve step (20) and the second valve step (20) are connected to the drive gear mechanism (40) in such a way that the first valve step (20) is actuated separately from the second valve step (30). The invention also relates to a method for regulating cabin pressure by means of said differential valve.
