摘要： A wear indicator system (100) may include a switch assembly (102) having a housing (108), a wear indicator circuit (104), and an actuator assembly (106). The housing (108) may connect to a collector shoe assembly (110) having a collector shoe (112) that slides in contact along a conductor bar (114) of a conductor bar assembly (116), for transferring electrical power between the collector shoe (112) and the conductor bar (114). The wear indicator circuit (104) may include a communication unit (118) and a switch unit (120). The actuator assembly (106) may be operably coupled to the housing (108) and to the switch unit (120) and may track along the conductor bar assembly (116) when the collector shoe assembly (110) moves and may contact the conductor bar assembly (116) to depress to a position to activate the switch unit (120) responsive to the collector shoe (112) reaching a designated wear level. The communication unit (118) may communicate a signal indicative of the designated wear level responsive to the switch unit (120) being activated.
