摘要： A brush block assembly (44), for providing stationary mounting of electrically conductive brushes (98) in contact registration with associated slip rings (40) of a rotating interface, comprises a main housing (46) adapted for mounting in proximity to the rotating interface (52) and having a recess portion (50) for releasably engaging a brush holder (48), and a brush holder (48) formed from thermoplastic molding compound comprising an organic polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filler distributed within a polyetheretherketone (PEEK) thermoplastic resin, for securing the brushes (98) within the recess in contact registration with their associated slip rings (40).
