In the process, the hot air for the hot air hood assigned to the preceding drying zone is taken at least partly from the hood assigned to the downstream drying cylinder.

摘要: An apparatus for producing a fibrous web which is provided with a three-dimensional surface structure, in particular a paper, paperboard or tissue web, comprises a headbox, a forming element such as, in particular, a forming roll, a structured belt and a dewatering belt, wherein the structured belt and the dewatering belt run together with the formation of a stock inlet gap and are guided over the forming element with the structured belt as inner belt and the dewatering belt as outer belt, and wherein fibrous stock suspension is introduced into the stock inlet gap by means of the headbox. In the region of the outlet gap which is formed between the forming element and the structured belt which runs away from the latter, at least one collecting device is provided for water, fibres, fines and/or the like which accumulate/accumulates in the region of said outlet gap.
