    摘要： The invention relates to a shopping trolley (1, 1') with an undercarriage (2), a displacement device (8) and a basket (9) which rests on supports (6) that are arranged at the longitudinal sides (7) of the shopping trolley (1, 1') and are oriented to the top. The inventive trolley also comprises a seating device (17) for a child. The seating device is arranged in front of and/or below the basket (9). The shopping trolley (1, 1') is designed in such a way that said trolley can be easily pushed into a shopping trolley (1, 1') of the same kind in a space-saving manner. The invention is characterised in that the seating device (17) is a component of a receiving device (16) which is configured in such a way that, when two shopping trolleys (1, 1') are pushed into each other, at least the front area (18) of the receiving device (16) pertaining to the shopping trolley (1') that is pushed-in is situated below the basket (9) of the shopping trolley (1) being at the front.
