摘要： Torque-limiting valve handle (10) having one or more independently adjustable spring loaded balls (48) urged into contact with cavities (60) formed in the inside surface of a housing (24) adapted for external manual engagement. The adjustment of the torque limit of the valve handle by set screw (52) is protected from tampering or inadvertent modification by unauthorized personnel by a back plate (34) which may only be removed when the entire valve handle is disassembled.
