The solution can reasonably, quickly and accurately construct a deterministic route satisfying a service requirement, and supports a deterministic network to provide a deterministic service.

Through the scheme of embodiments of the present invention, after the number of links between every two nodes in the network topology is increased to the preset maximum number, capacity planning is performed, thereby improving the success rate of the capacity planning.
