摘要： The present disclosure relates to a method for preparing a high-purity arabinose crystal, comprising operations of dissolving, blending, ion exchange, decolorization and filtration, fine filtration, evaporation and concentration, crystallization, centrifugation, and drying performed in sequence on a low-purity arabinose crystal. Throughout the operations of preparing the arabinose crystal, a pH value of a material is controlled between 4.3 and 7.5, and a temperature does not exceed 70°C. This prevents arabinose from transforming into impurities under a high temperature, thereby maintaining and improving a purity of the prepared arabinose crystal.
