摘要： A composite shoe includes detachably coupled first and second shoe bodies. The second shoe body (20), which is a close-toed and close-heeled shoe, is received in and coupled with the first shoe body (10), which is a close-toed and open-heeled shoe, so that an outer bottom surface of a sole of the second shoe body lies on a surface of an insole (12) of the first shoe body while the second shoe body has a close-toed portion inserted in a close-toed portion of the first shoe body and a close-heeled portion disposed at an open-heeled portion of the first shoe body. The close-heeled portion of the second shoe body is provided with at least one coupling element (22) to be coupled with at least one coupling element (24) at the open-heeled portion of the first shoe body. The composite shoe serves interchangeably as a formal outdoor shoe, a casual outdoor shoe, or an indoor slipper.

摘要： A method for making a Goodyear shoe includes the steps of: stitching together a lower edge (32) of an upper(31) and a peripheral edge (34) of an inner midsole (33) so as to form a coupled section (35); placing a last (36) into an assembly resulting from the previous step; placing an outer welt (37) on an outer surface of the upper at the coupled section and stitching the outer welt, the upper, and the inner midsole together; placing a filler (38) on a bottom surface of the inner midsole; bonding a thin sole (39) to a bottom portion of an assembly that results from the previous step and stitching the thin sole to the outer welt; and bonding an outsole (41) and performing edge-abrading. The method prevents a toe cap portion of the upper from tearing and creasing and dispenses with such steps as gripping the upper, driving wire nails, and trimming the lower edge of the upper.
