    摘要: The present invention discloses an air valve for a tire bead seater which relates to the technical field of tire inflation guns, and it solves a problem that an inner piston in the air valve is prone to be difficult in moving upwards or downwards due to a thermal expansion and contraction of the piston and has a poor sealing performance when using a tire bead seater, and it is difficult to replace a barrel of the air valve with barrels in other different shapes to satisfy different inflation requirements. The air valve of a tire bead seater includes an inflation cylinder (1), where a top end of the inflation cylinder is provided with a cylinder mouth (2). The cylinder comprises a lower sealing ring (25) and upper sealing ring (24). The air valve also comprises an air delivery barrel (8) with four flange recesses (29).

A cap main body (33) comprises an air flow passage (31) consisting of a vertical flow passage (31A) extending downward from an air passage upper opening (31a), a lateral flow passage (31B) laterally extending from an air intake port (31b), and a connecting flow passage (31C) connecting therebetween. The air flow passage (31) is provided with a reversed flow preventing device (22). The reversed flow preventing means (22) is provided with a valve seat (23) arranged at the upper end of the valve seat case (42), a spherical valve (24) loosely inserted in the third vertical hole (40C), and a biasing spring (25) arranged in the second vertical hole (40B). The valve seat case (42) is provided with a device (44) for preventing dropping from the fourth vertical hole (40D).
