摘要:
A tool display system for an automatic tool exchanger (31) in a machine tool (30) which is sequentially controlled by a programmable controller (20) responsive to control signals from a numerical control unit (1). The tool display system has a memory (21) that stores a plurality of receptacles (31b) provided in a tool magazine (31a) for accommodating tools, and that stores a plurality of tools accommodated in said receptacles (31 b). The tool display system further has a display device (14) for displaying tool data stored in said memory (21). The display device (14) displays a graphic pattern to represent a plurality of receptacles of said tool magazine (31a). The present positions of tools accommodated in the tool magazine are displayed in said graphic pattern.
摘要:
The invention relates to a device for controlling the course of a process in the production of parts (2) in a tool (11) in a production device (12), comprising a sensor (3) on the tool (11) for detecting measured values (4) during the production process, a data processing system (8) having a display (6) for reading in and displaying the detected measured values (4), and an output element (5), which is connected to the data processing system (8). A user can enter one or more target parameters (9) into the data processing system (8). In the data processing system (8), an output quantity (10) can be determined on the basis of an analysis of said target parameters (9) and the detected measured values (4). Said output quantity can be transferred to the production apparatus (12) by means of the output element (5) in order to control the course of the process. According to the invention, the one or more target parameters (9) can be read in by the user in an analog manner. The invention further relates to a corresponding method, which can be carried out on the device (1) according to the invention.
