摘要： The invention relates to a «night-safe» depositing system for sealingly packaging and safe keeping valuables. The system comprises a safe (1) having a loading window (2) and withdrawal door, which are preferably provided on opposite sides of the safe (1), thereby the latter may be immured in a bulding such as to present its window (2) facing toward the interior, e.g. of a general store, industrial center, etc., and its withdrawal door facing outwards. The system further includes a bag type of container (21) which can be inserted when empty into the safe (1) through the window (2) and set therein to present its mouth accessible through the window (2) in order to receive objects, which mouth can then be closed and sealed. The container (21) is provided with a means carrying identification and reference data carrying means (55, 60), which, with the bag container (21) in its closed condition, only becomes ac- cessibles by destroying the integrity of the sealed package. The container (21) may be withdrawn, after the sealing thereof, through the withdrawal door.

摘要： security transfer unit (1) has a cashier's door (4) and a customer's door (5) for providing access to an intermediate transfer chamber (3) from opposite sides of a security screen (2). Only one of the doors (4 and 5) can be opened to give access to the chamber (3), at a time, opening of the cashier's door (4) being normally obstructed by a pivotted bar (11) that is swung down (broken outline) across the door (4) to engage a bracket (13). Swinging of the bar (11) up to remove the obstruction turns a shaft (12) to block, via a cam (15), withdrawal of catch-bolts (22 and 23) which hold the customer's door (5) blosed. The cam (15) in this condition also abuts a block (20) mounted on the rear edge of the door (5) such that if the customer's door (5) is open as the bar (11) is swung up it will be forced closed before the cashier's door (4) can be opened.

摘要： A glazing bar, primarily for security screening, is made up in composite form from a first slab 1 and a second slab 7. The first slab 1 has firmly anchored therein the head of a T section of metal, of which the stem forms a central flange 4 which engages in a slot in the second slab 7 and may be secured in position by fixing screws 13. Then fully engaged, the two slabs have opposed faces which are partially covered by resilient pads 6 and 11 and which form a glazing recess for receiving the edge of a sheet of security glass or other panelling. 摘要： A depository apparatus, for use in an automatic banking system or the like, comprises a housing (2) including a deposit aperture (4), a storage chamber (8) and ducting means for conducting banking deposits (26) from the deposit apertureto the storage chamber. The storage chamber (8) comprises a receiving zone (12), a storage zone (10) adjacent to the receiving zone, and gate means (22, 24) mounted between the receiving zone and the storage zone to permit one-way passage of deposits from the receiving zone to the storage zone. The ducting means comprises a duct member (6) movable between a normal position and a deposit position. When the duct member is in the normal position a first end of the duct member communicates with the receiving zone so that a deposit (26) in the duct member automatically passes into the receiving zone (12) and a second end of said duct member is closed. When the duct member is in the deposit position the second end communicates with the deposit aperture (4) so that a deposit can be inserted through the aperture (4) into the duct member (6) and the first end is closed. A pusher member (28) operates in response to movement of the duct member (6) from the normal position into the deposit position to push a deposit (26) from the receiving zone (12) through the gate means into the storage zone (10).

摘要： A security transfer unit includes a hollow box-structure (1) that has open ends (10 and 11) on opposite sides of a security barrier (2) and is supported from side-frames (4 and 5) with a clearance underneath. A rolling shutter (12) encircles the box-structure (1) to block access at either end (10 and 11) to the chamber (3) through openings (7 and 9) in the unit casing (6). The shutter (12) is driven to bring an aperture (19) therein into register with the openings (7 and 9) in turn so that access to the chamber (3) can be gained through only one of them at a time. Drive is in one direction only and is interrupted with the shutter (12) blocking both openings (7 and 9) when the aperture (19) is located in register with an aperture (22) in the box-structure (1), so as to enable viewing of the contents of the transfer chamber (3) through a window (23) above.
