摘要： A decoder configured to receive a first output video and one or more further encoded streams, decode respective frames of the one or more further encoded streams to derive respective sets of residuals; and combine the sets of residuals with the first output video to generate a reconstructed output video. Each frame is divided into a plurality of tiles and each tile is divided into a plurality of blocks. To decode respective frames, the decoder is configured to obtain a preliminary set of residuals from the one or more further encoded streams, derive a set of temporal predictions using a temporal buffer, and combine the set of temporal predictions with the preliminary set of residuals. The decoder is configured to provide for zeroing of values of the set of temporal predictions at a frame level, at a tile level and at a block level.

摘要： New intra planar modes are introduced for predicting digital video data. As part of the new intra planar modes, various methods are offered for predicting a first sample within a prediction unit, where the first sample is needed for referencing to when processing the new intra planar modes. And once the first sample is successfully predicted, the new intra planar modes are able to predict a sample of video data within the prediction unit by processing a bi-linear interpolation of four previously reconstructed reference samples.

摘要： The present disclosure provides methods and devices for intra-prediction of a current block in video encoding or decoding. The method comprises: performing intra-prediction processing of the current block according to a directional intra-prediction mode, comprising reference sample filtering or subpixel interpolation filtering applied to reference samples in one or more reference blocks, wherein the directional intra-prediction mode is classified into one of the following groups: (A) vertical or horizontal modes, (B) directional modes including diagonal modes that represent angles which are multiples of 45 degrees, (C) remaining directional modes; if the directional intra-prediction mode is classified as belonging to group B, a reference sample filter is applied to the reference samples; if the directional intra-prediction mode is classified as belonging to group C, an intra reference sample interpolation filter is applied to the reference samples.
