The present invention relates to lyocell filament fibers and a cellulose-based tire cord, and particularly to lyocell filament fibers of which the swelling anisotropy defined in the specification is 1.1 to 1.4. Furthermore, the present invention provides a cellulose based tire cord of which the swelling anisotropy is 1.1 to 1.4. According to the present invention, there is an effect of providing the lyocell filament fibers and the cellulose based tire cord of which the dimensional stability in a highly humid state is particularly good and thus the tenacity, the elongation, and the modulus are superior to common cellulose based fibers, such as rayon and so on, the property maintaining rate at the post manufacturing process is high, and the processibility is good.

The present invention relates to a lyocell fiber to which is performed a wet-treatment under a saturation vapor pressure state for 10 minutes at a temperature of 120¡É and then subsequently a dry-treatment for 2 hours at a temperature of 130¡É, wherein the strength of the lyocell fiber is higher than the strength of the untreated lyocell fiber, when measured under standard conditions, and to a tire cord comprising the lyocell fiber. According to the present invention, the lyocell fiber has strength, elongation, and modulus that are superior to those of a conventional rayon even when the lyocell fiber is wet- and dry-treated under high temperature and high pressure conditions by specifying a water-washing condition of a spinning machine, thereby improving dimensional stability of a tire cord when it is applied to the tire cord.

Disclosed are wholly aromatic polyamide filament and a method of manufacturing the same, characterized in that, in the process of preparing the wholly aromatic polyamide polymer, the aromatic diamine, aromatic diacid chlrodie and polymerization solvent put into the reactor (20) are agitated by an agitation device which is installed in the reactor (20) and consists of: (i) a rotor (3) driven by a motor (2) and having a plurality of pins (3a); and (ii) a stator (4) having a plurality of pins (4a), wherein spin speed of the rotor (3) is controlled to 10 to 100 times of both of feeding rates for the aromatic diacid chloride and the aromatic diamine in the polymerization solvent into the reactor and, at the same time, contact frequency between the pins (3a) and the pins (4a) is regulated within a range of 100 to 1,000 Hz. The present invention is effective to progress uniform and homogeneous polymerization over all of area of a polymerization reactor (20), thereby reducing deviation in degree of polymerization, since polymeric monomers are miscible and react together very well in the reactor (20). Accordingly, the wholly aromatic polyamide filament produced exhibits narrow PDI and lowered paracrystalline parameter gπ leading to reduction of defects of a crystal itself, so as to considerably improve strength and modulus thereof.

The present invention provides an inner liner of pneumatic tires that is formed from a non-drawn film of a polymer composition including 60 to 90 wt.% of a thermoplastic resin and 10 to 40 wt.% of an elastomer to have an oxygen permeation rate of less than 15 × 10-3 ccm/m2.24hratm, and a fracture elongation of more than 200% at the room temperature. The tire thus manufacture has no fracture under a severe deformation during the tire shaping process, facilitating the tire manufacture, and exhibits an air permeation preventive property as an excellent air permeation preventive layer.
