Abstract:
The present invention relates to methods for controlling phytopathogenic fungi and/or improving the health of a plant, in particular by seed treatment using a combination of pyraclostrobin and a plant growth regulator.
Abstract:
The invention relates to fungicidal mixtures comprising, as active components: 1) a pyrimidine derivative of the formula (I), wherein R is methyl, cyclopropyl, or 1-propinyl, and 2) metiram II in a synergistically effective amount, and to agents comprising said mixtures.
Abstract:
The invention relates to fungicidal mixtures that contain, in a synergistically effective amount, a) benzophenones of the formula (I), wherein R1 represents chlorine, methyl, methoxy, acetoxy, pivaloyloxy or hydroxy; R2 represents chlorine or methyl; R3 represents hydrogen, halogen or methyl; and R4 represents C¿1?-C6 alkyl or benzyl, whereby the phenyl part of the benzyl group may carry a halogen or methyl substituent, and b) amide compounds of the formula (II), wherein R?6 and R7¿ represent halogen, nitro, cyano, alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, halogenalkyl, halogenalkenyl, halogenalkinyl, alkoxy, halogenalkoxy, alkylthio, halogenalkylthio, alkylsulfinyl or alkylsulfonyl; x is 1, 2, 3 or 4; and y is 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5. The invention further relates to methods for controlling fungicidal parasites using the mixtures of compounds I and II and to the agents containing said mixtures.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to the use of strobilurin type compounds of formula I and the N-oxides and the salts thereof for combating phytopathogenic fungi containing an amino acid substitution F129L in the mitochondrial cytochrome b protein (also referred to as F129L mutation in the mitochondrial cytochrome b gene) conferring resistance to Qo inhibitors, and to methods for combating such fungi. The invention also relates to novel compounds, processes for preparing these compounds, to compositions comprising at least one such compound, and to seeds coated with at least one such compound.
