摘要： A high precision torque motor, including a partial rotation drive suitable for use in a galvanometer scanner, where the rotor (2) is supported within the stator (1) and housing assembly on all ceramic ball bearings (5, 6), including inner and outer races and bearing balls. The ceramic ball bearing assemblies and all structural support elements have substantially equal coefficients of expansion through the use of matched expansion, nickel-iron alloy for the rotor shaft, stator, housing and other structural components which contact, locate, and support the inner and outer bearing races. The non-conductive bearings permit exclusion of any grounding conductor strap as between the rotor shaft and the housing.

摘要： A tester includes a housing containing a passive test circuit including a plurality of LEDs respectively connected to terminals of a multi-terminal connector jack (39) on the housing for connecting the tester, by means of an associated cable harness, between a keyswitch module and other electronic circuits on an associated vehicle to be tested. Different harnesses may be provided, tailored to different vehicles. The test circuit is powered by a battery on board the vehicle and includes indicators dedicated to checking to see if the battery charging circuit on the vehicle is operating properly. The remaining indicators check different circuits, depending upon the override switches associated with certain ones of the indicators and a test switch for simultaneously energizing all of the indicators. A relay (52) shorts two of the jack terminals until the tester is powered, the cable harness including a diode across those terminals which is normally shorted out and is placed in circuit when the relay is energized.

The processing of the characteristic signals includes selecting and manipulating certain of the characteristic signals and generating characteristic information in response to the selection and generating additional characteristic information in response to the manipulation. It is preferred for the meter (10) to include a memory (35) having reference information stored therein. In such an embodiment, the manipulation of characteristic signals includes retrieving certain of the reference information and generating the characteristic information in response to the selected signals and the reference information.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method and a device for detecting partial discharges in cables and accessories, comprising the following steps of: interrupting the metal earth shield of the cable; connecting both sides of the interrupted sheath to a measuring instrument; arranging a connection between both sides of the interrupted sheath which is at least suitable for transferring the signals with the mains frequency; and displaying the signal, wherein only signal components with frequencies greater than 0.5 MHz are displayed.
As a result of these steps, the interference associated with the first mentioned frequency range is avoided. It is noted here that the signal/noise ratio of the frequency range applied according to the invention is more favourable.
In order to properly be able to examine the quality of a partial discharge, it is important to relate it to the voltage of the cable in which the partial discharge takes place. The present invention provides a method wherein prior to display the signal is combined with a signal representing the mains voltage.
It is especially attractive when the signal representing the mains voltage is generated in contact-free manner, for example in capacitive manner.
