摘要:
A stretchable nonwoven polyolefin fabric is produced by heat fusing a web of a mixed fiber containing at least 30 wt. % of a highly crimpable and heat-fusible conjugate fiber of polyolefin in such a manner that the area of each heat fusion point ranges from 0.007 to 0.8 cm2 and the sum of the areas accounts for 10 to 40 % of the surface of the web and heat treating the web thus fused to crimp the conjugate fiber. The obtained fabric is soft to the touch and can be utilized as the base cloth of bandage, poultice, and other sanitary materials.
摘要:
A long-fiber-reinforced polymer alloy resin composition (C) prepared by compounding a master batch (A) comprising a long fiber reinforcement (a2) having a length of 3-30 mm and contained in a polyamide resin (a1) matrix with a substantially polymer-alloyed resin diluent material (B) prepared by melt-kneading 45-20 wt.% of a crystalline polyolefin resin (b1) containing a crystalline olefin polymer (b11) modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid (b12) and 55-80 wt.% of a polyamide resin (b2). In the composition (C), the content of the reinforcement (a2) is 10-60 wt.% and that of the polyolefin resin (b1) in the resin components (a1, b1 and b2) is 20-45 wt.%. The composition is excellent in tensile strength and particularly in repeated impact characteristics.
摘要:
Disclosed is a long fiber-reinforced columnar product (D) comprising a modified propylene crystalline resin (A) having been modified with either an organosilane compound, an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its acid anhydride, 10 to 60 % by weight (based on the composition) of a long fiber reinforcement (B) having a mean fiber length of 3 to 30 mm and a mean diameter of 3 to 21 µm, and 3 to 20 % by weight (based on the composition) of an elastomer (C), said long fiber reinforcement (B) being arranged in the major axis direction of the long fiber-reinforced columnar product (D) having a length substantially equal to the mean fiber length of the long fiber reinforcement (B). Injection molding of this long fiber-reinforced columnar product can provide a propeller fan which is not broken and has low rotation creep even at a high rotational speed, though such a high rotational speed is hardly attained in the case of a short fiber-containing resin material.
