摘要: A network access control method and an apparatus are disclosed, to resolve a prior-art problem that when a terminal device establishes a data connection to one network and forcibly establishes a data connection to another network, a network connection error or a runtime error of the terminal device occurs. The method includes: controlling, by a first network device if determining that a terminal device already establishes a second data connection to a second network, the terminal device to stop establishment of a first data connection to a first network, or controlling the terminal device to end the second data connection, to smoothly establish a first data connection. In this way, it can be ensured that a data connection exists between the terminal device and one network, and it can be ensured that the terminal device can normally transmit data.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a communication method in a handover process and an apparatus. The method includes: when a terminal is handed over from a source access network device to a target access network device, obtaining, by a gateway device, address information of the target access network device; obtaining, by the gateway device, address information of a Mobile Edge Computing MEC network element; and sending, by the gateway device, the address information of the target access network device to the MEC network element based on the address information of the MEC network element, so that the MEC network element modifies stored address information of the source access network device to the address information of the target access network device. In the embodiments of the present invention, when the terminal is handed over from the source access network device to the target access network device, the gateway device sends the address information of the target access network device to the MEC network element, so that the MEC network element modifies the stored address information of the source access network device to the address information of the target access network device. In this way, routing of a data stream between the MEC network element and the terminal can be adjusted in time, thereby preventing data stream interrupt.

The present invention is used for mobility management in a wireless network.

In an embodiment, a method in a user equipment (UE) for offloading wireless services to a wireless local area network (WLAN) in a Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) inter-radio access technology (RAT) handover includes receiving an access network discovery and selection function (ANDSF) policy from an ANDSF server, wherein the ANDSF policy comprises policy rules including a validity condition, wherein the receiving is performed during a procedure in which the UE conducts an inter-RAT handoff from a first 3GPP RAT to a second 3GPP RAT; comparing evaluation condition information for the second 3GPP RAT against the validity condition; and offloading a first wireless service to the WLAN in accordance with the ANDSF policy when the validity condition is satisfied.

A method for implementing a voice service in the embodiments of the present invention includes: a terminal attaches to a 2G/3G network and the 4G network through an MME on a 4G network; when a voice service does not need to be implemented, the CS transceiver of the terminal is in off state or static state; when a voice service needs to be implemented, for the terminal whose CS transceiver stays in off state, a CS fallback process needs to be triggered and turn on the CS transceiver to complete a voice service, for the terminal whose CS transceiver stays in static state, directly implementing a voice service through the 2G/3G network. The solution in embodiments of the present invention applies to a dual radio dual-mode terminal.
