    摘要： A hot-fill PET container or bottle (10) for filling with a liquid at an elevated temperature has a side wall (9) extending to a lower portion including a pressure panel (11) and a base (2) in its unfolded or pre-fill position. The panel (11) is transversely oriented and has a decoupling or hinge structure (13), an initiator portion (1) and control portion (5) of a steeply angled inverting conical section between 30 and 45 degrees. The control portion enables the inversion of the panel (11) into the container (10) to compensate for vacuum or reduced pressure induced within the container as the liquid cools down. The base (2) can also have a plurality of reinforcing ribs (3).

    摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft einen einstückig aus Kunststoff hergestellten Transportkasten, der aus einem aus zwei ebenen Platten (1,2) und zwischen diesen verlaufenden Rippen (3) aufgebauten doppeltem Boden, vier Seitenwänden (4,5) und vier Ecksäulen (6) gefertigt ist, wobei im Boden die Platten (1,2) und die Rippen (3) seitlich offene Hohlräume (7) einschließen, deren Rückseite durch eine Querrippe (8) verschlossen ist. Die Erfindung schafft dadurch, daß die seitlich offenen Hohlräume (7) sich geradlinig von einer Seitenwand (5) des Transportkastens bis zur gegenüberliegenden Seitenwand (5) erstrecken, und dadurch, daß diese Hohlräume (7) durch eine Querrippe (8) im mittleren Bodenbereich geteilt sind, die für die beiden an einander grenzenden Hohlräume (7) die gemeinsame Rückwand bildet, einen Transportkasten, bei dem auch die untere Bodenplatte (2) vollflächig ausgeführt werden kann und bei dem die Hohlräume (7) zwischen den Bodenplatten (1,2) durch nur auf zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten angeordnete verschiebbare Formwerkzeuge geformt werden können. Das hierbei entstandene Problem der Formung der Ecksäulen (6) löst die Erfindung dadurch, daß die Ecksäulen aus zwei seitenwandparallelen Hohlräumen (9,10) bestehen, von denen der eine sich von der Oberkante des Transportkastens nach unten bis in die Höhe der oberen Bodenplatte (1) erstreckt, wobei er oben offen ist, und der andere sich von der Unterkante des Transportkastens nach oben erstreckt, wobei er unten offen ist.
