摘要:
The invention relates to a shell-and-tube heat exchanger comprising a wear-resistant tube plate lining. In spite of short residence times, the cracking gas flowing out of the cracking oven of a thermal cracking installation at a high speed contains coke particles that act on the tube plate, on the gas inlet side, of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger in a highly erosive manner. The aim of the invention is to be able to apply a metallic lining with high resistance to high-temperature corrosion, to the tube plate and the inlet region of the cooling tubes. To this end, the inventive shell-and-tube heat exchanger comprises a wear-resistant tube plate lining for using in thermal cracking installations comprising cooler tubes (1) through which circulates the gas to be cooled and which are held respectively on the ends thereof by a tube plate, and provided with an envelope through which a coolant flows. The tube plate (2) on the gas inlet side (2) is at least partially covered on the side thereof exposed to the gas entering the shell-and-tube heat exchanger, by a material layer consisting, on the front side, of individual adjacent sleeves which consist of a heat-resistant metallic material and are inserted in the tube ends in such a way that the outer edges (Fig.1) thereof come into contact.

The invention relates to an adhesive connection (1) for heat exchangers, particularly an adhesive connection (1) for metal flat tube ends (2), which are part of a soldered heat exchanger network (3), in corresponding openings (4) of a collection tank (5) made of plastic or metal, each opening having an annular space (6) provided around the flat tube ends (2) in which a silicone adhesive (SK) is present. In order to create a permanent adhesive connection, according to the invention the silicone adhesive (SK) is of the addition-curing type and has a low storage modulus, wherein a mounting plate (10) is provided, which delimits the annular spaces (6). In addition, the invention proposes a corresponding production method for the adhesive connection for heat exchangers and a heat exchanger.

A heat exchanger having a casing, where a joint of the casing and a gap between a core (5) and the casing are brazed and fixed with no space between. Both ends of an upper edge section (8) of a header plate (3) are in contact with a casing body (1), and the cross-section of the portions of both ends is formed to have a right angle. An upper lid (2) is fitted so as to be in contact with the upper edge, across its entire length, of the header plate (3).

The invention relates to a method for connecting components, especially for connecting at least one tubular or rod-shaped component to a wall-type component. Said method comprises the following steps: a) a wall-type component (11) is provided, said wall-type component (11) having a sandwich-type structure consisting of two plate-shaped or tubular elements (12, 13) and an intermediate layer (14) consisting of an expandable metallic material; b) at least one tubular or rod-shaped component (10) is provided; c) at least one opening is created in the wall-type component (11) for receiving the or each tubular or rod-shaped component (10); d) the or each tubular or rod-shaped component (10) is inserted into a corresponding opening of the wall-type component (11); e) the arrangement consisting of the wall-type component (11) and the or each tubular or rod-shaped component (10) is heated with expansion of the expandable metallic material for connecting the or each tubular or rod-shaped component (10) to the wall-type component (11).

An oil cooler (OC) is contained in a radiator tank (15). It includes a connecting pipe (2) having an enlarged diameter portion (2a), a heat exchange part (1) including elements (5a, 5, 5b) and a communicating passage (R1) for fluid communication between the elements (5a, 5, 5b), and a pipe connector (4). The pipe connector (4) has a first retaining portion (4a) seated on one side of a wall portion (3) of the radiator tank (15) to contain and fix at least a part of the enlarged diameter portion (2a) of the connecting pipe (2) by caulking, and a second retaining portion (4b) inserted through a through-hole (3a) of the wall portion (3) and at one end portion of the communicating passage (R1) to fix the heat exchanger part (1) and the wall portion (3) at the other side of the wall portion (3) by caulking.

A heat exchanger capable of reducing the size of a header pipe, having a sufficiently high strength with respect to a pressure and provided with caps of a structure in which imperfect cleaning does not occur during a cleaning step, wherein the caps which seal both end portions of a cylindrical section constituting the header pipe are provided with annular grooves in which circumferential edges of the end portions of the cylindrical section are engaged along the whole circumferences thereof, whereby the cylindrical section is fitted in inner portions of the caps, this enabling an axial size of the header pipe to be reduced, the pressure resistance of the caps being improved by forming large-thickness parts on the sealed portions of the caps, outer flat portions of the caps being provided with projecting parts.

摘要:
A heat exchanger (1) has a tank (10) for accommodating a heat medium therein and a tube (3) connected to the tank (10) through a core plate (4). Specifically, an end portion of the tube (3) is inserted into a connection hole (40) of the core plate (4) and is mechanically joined thereto. A joined portion of the tube (3) and the core plate (4) is covered with adhesive (5) through a wettability improving film (6) for improving wettability of the adhesive (5) to the joined portion. As a result, a sealing property between the tube (3) and the core plate (4) is easily and stably improved by the adhesive (5).
