摘要: Embodiments of this application provide a data transmission method, a network device, and a terminal. When the method is performed by the terminal, the method includes: obtaining, by the terminal, a time-frequency resource used to transmit uplink data, where the time-frequency resource is at least one time-frequency resource block selected from the plurality of time-frequency resource blocks; each of the time-frequency resource blocks is corresponding to one piece of configuration information; and the configuration information includes at least identification information of the corresponding time-frequency resource block; and transmitting, by the terminal, the uplink data on the at least one selected time-frequency resource block based on configuration information of the at least one selected time-frequency resource block. During implementation of this application, the terminal may select a relatively narrow bandwidth to perform uplink transmission, to increase a transmit power of the terminal. In addition, the terminal performs the uplink transmission based on the corresponding configuration information, to further increase a transmit power. The network device may further perform demodulation on a correct time-frequency resource block based on the configuration information, to improve demodulation efficiency and avoid generating a processing latency.

摘要: The invention relates to a Method and an Arrangement for Calculation of Surplus Resources for User, Frequency or Resource Trading, in the sense of exchanging resources, in or between mobile network operators. Control units and their operators are to be enabled to achieve the best performance by determining parameters across OSI layers driving the supply and demand functions of resource utilized in radio resource allocation and calculating an individual over- provisioning of resources scenario (OPRS) based on the parameters across OSI layers driving the supply and demand functions of resource utilized in radio resource allocation. An arrangement comprising a control unit is configured for calculation and offering and bidding to control units from other operators for the purpose of identifying surplus and deficit of resources at the local geography.

摘要: Methods and system are provided for managing and monitoring allocation of RF spectrum resources based on time, space and frequency. A network may be enabled to allocate excess spectrum resources for use by other network providers on a real-time basis. Allocated resources may be transferred from one provider with excess resources to another in need of additional resources based on contractual terms or on a real-time purchase negotiations and settlements. A network may be enabled to monitor the use of allocated resources on real-time basis and off-load or allow additional users depending on the spectrum resources availability. Public safety networks may be enabled to make spectrum resources available to general public by allocating spectrum resources and monitoring the use of those resources. During an emergency, when traffic increases on a public safety network, the public safety networks may off-load bandwidth traffic to make available necessary resources for public safety users.

摘要: Provided are a device in a wireless communication system and a method. A main carrier on a licensed frequency band and a plurality of auxiliary carriers on an unlicensed frequency band exist in the wireless communication system, and a device at a base-station side in the wireless communication system comprises: a control unit configured to conduct power adjustment according to a result of detecting the usability of the plurality of auxiliary carriers, so as to enable a predetermined transmission power pre-allocated to one or more unavailable auxiliary carriers to be allocated to an auxiliary carrier to be used in available auxiliary carriers; and a communication unit configured to send a power adjustment result of the control unit to a user equipment, wherein the power adjustment result at least comprises information instructing whether the power allocation changes. According to embodiments of this disclosure, dynamic power adjustment conducted on carriers on an unlicensed frequency band can be implemented, and the adjustment can be notified to a user equipment to optimize the system performance and the frequency spectrum use efficiency.

摘要: Reallocation of a capacity boost cell (150) between first and second operators in a cellular radio communications network is carried out by detecting a drop in load for the first operator, in the area of coverage of the capacity boost cell, below a first threshold, and reallocating automatically (210) the capacity boost cell to the second operator in response to the detected drop in load, if the first operator has authorised a reallocation. The capacity boost cell can be reallocated automatically (220) back to the first operator in response to detecting a subsequent increase in load above a second threshold for the first operator. This can improve utilisation of the capacity boost cell during low load periods while still having it available for the first operator for high load periods, and can provide access to additional capacity for the second operator without need for costly additional infrastructure.
