    摘要: According to one embodiment, a radiation detector includes an array substrate including a plurality of control lines extending in a first direction, a plurality of data lines extending in a second direction crossing the first direction, and a detection part provided in each of a plurality of regions drawn by the plurality of control lines and the plurality of data lines, electrically connected to the corresponding control line of the control lines and the corresponding data line of the data lines, and detecting radiation directly or in operation with a scintillator, a gate driver electrically connected to each of the plurality of control lines, a drive control circuit generating a start signal and a clock signal for each of a plurality of the gate drivers, and converting a generated plurality of the start signals and a generated plurality of the clock signals to a first serial data, a drive timing generating circuit electrically connected to between the drive control circuit and the plurality of gate drivers, restoring the first serial data to a plurality of the start signals and a plurality of the clock signals, and transmitting the restored start signals and the restored clock signals to the corresponding gate driver of the gate drivers, a reading circuit electrically connected to each of the plurality of data lines, an image data signal transfer circuit converting an image data signal from each of a plurality of the reading circuits to a second serial data, and a read control circuit restoring the second serial data to a plurality of the image data signals.
