    摘要： A portable heat-insulating container comprises two half-boxes (1,2) of hollow shape, hinged to each other and provided with snaps shutting by means of tongues (8), snapping into suitable seats (8a). The lower half-box or base member (1) contains an insula­ting spongy body (3) as a resin foam pad with recesses (11, 11a, 11b) for housing at least one vial of injec­table product and possibly napkins or cotton compres­ses. The pad (3) is separated from one side of the container by a rib (10a) defining a space (10) for housing a syringe. Also the upper half-box or cover (2) is filled with a spongy body (4) formed with a cavity (12) for housing a dry-ice accumulator cell (13) of known type. Such a container is particularly but not exclusively useful for insulin vials and all what may be necessary for injections to diabetics.

    摘要： An apparatus for dispensing products with a density of at least a liquid soap, especially for gel-like hand washing paste, comprises a body (1) to be anchored to a wall for supporting the product container (2) and a handle (3) to be push operated from the outside onto a unidirectional valve (7) for controlling the supply, which is in communication with the downwardly directed outlet (21) of the container (2). The body (1) of the apparatus is suitably arranged at the inside thereof for housing said valve (7) and a coupling element (10) for the container (2), unlockable from the outside only by means of a suitable key (20). Furthermore the container (2) may have its bottom, directed upwards in use, being shaped so as to be coupled to a covering member, possibly utilizable as an ashtray, comprising means for piercing the container.

    摘要： An element for adjusting the width of the outlet (11) in paper towel dispensers (10) consists of a single piece molded in a plastic material having resilience features, in two specular left (1a) and right (1b) versions, which is substantially C-shaped with two lugs extending from a central body. Said lugs are parallel and spaced by a distance substantially equal to the thickness of the bottom wall (12) of the dispenser (10) in the area where the outlet (11) is formed, so as to enclose said area between a first lug of smaller extension on the outer side and a second lug of greater extension on the inner side. The inner lug carries a securing member suitable to couple with any of a plurality of mating fixing members provided close to the outlet (11) of the dispenser (10), so as to reduce by an adjustable extent the free width of the outlet.
